I have called them over the past year and found the owner to be hands-on and very professional in dealing with my plumbing issues. They care about your issue and come the same day! They are local and the owner is hands-on with all service calls! I am so glad someone suggested this to me and I hope to share this with others.

Problem required trouble shooting an electrical problem. Leo Gordon , owner of the company, was easy to deal with, ready to respond to all questions I raised and offered to help me cost out a water heater replacement for a rental home I have in the Atlanta area. The woman who took my original call was also quite helpful. II recommend them highly.

My water heater sprang a leak on a Saturday. I was concerned that between the virus and the weekend that I was going to have to live with this problem for a few days. Not so! I received a call from Lori almost immediately. She was helpful and told me what to do to minimize the water leaking. She asked me to take some pictures of the tank and text them to her. Based on that she was able to give me a quote. I don't know what something like that costs but I felt so comfortable with her that I told her is was a go without getting another quote. The plumbers were here on Sunday morning and the work was done in a little over an hour. Very smooth. I will definitely use the company again and recommend them.

Their process is to review the job first before sending the plumber. For those of us that work that could be 2 days out of work. However they do a great job and the quote is exact even after the plumber comes to perform the work. They are very good plumbers and they clean up after themselves. I was very happy with the results.
