Raphael was amazing from first phone conversation to project completion. I didn't know if I had a sewage blockage or not and he began with a thorough snake optics view of sewer pipe. The toilet was the actual problem, and he replaced it and my mom had a new flushing toilet within hours. He also made himself available for bathroom flooring if necessary. This is rare good service and lucky to find him. Thank you Raphael

It was Saturday Morning and one toilet started overflowing fast, we tried to stop it with our home plunger but water was gushing out really fast, then we stopped it and we needed to use the second bathroom while cleaning the first, and the second toilet started gushing out water as well, and water rushed up to the top of the tub. It was very stressful. I called four plumbers, who were not available and one had emergency number, and did not return my call. I called "My Plumber" he said he would be at my home in 15 minutes and arrived in 10 minutes. He evaluated the problem, have us his opinion, and ran the camera to show us the problem, gave us the estimate, and worked all day Saturday and Sunday to resolve the problem. He was professional, prompt, and honest. His price was fair for the labor parts and he worked Saturday and Sunday in the rain.

My Plumber was quick to respond via Home Advisor and made a visit to provide a thorough assessment of our water heater and make a recommendation. Rafael listened to our needs and clearly explained the problem and our options. He made sure we were aware of permits and obtained one for us as part of the job. We particularly appreciated his relaxed manner, and it was a pleasure to have him work in our home. We even added on a replacement of a toilet as an additional part of the visit because Rafael made it so easy and stress-free! We have a plumber for life.

It was after 5 pm on Valentine's Day, and though it was a non-emergency, he offered to come right over and was here within a half-hour. He and his wife replaced my water heater pipe. Well done!
