They came out and we are professional. Tim Haynes re-lit the pilot light but it did not work. I contacted him via phone message, text and email with no return call into the late hours. I need hot water and I want it fixed. A return call would be nice.

I had Tim to remove old bathroom sink to new sink, then removed disposable garbage to add pipe from dishwasher to the pipe & replaced pipes under my house {crawl space} I appreciated him to accept wearing booties in my house. Appreciated him very much for his patience to communicate in writing due me being deaf. Tim was very good guy & professional. I will ask him again in future. ,

Price was very competitive, work was great, Tim showed when he said he would, did not leave me waiting. Came in an emergency situation and helped me a great deal. Identified other problems which would cause issues with new tank, and installed other components to make sure I did not have future issues.

High quality workmanship. Technician was professional and personable. I received three quotes and My Plumber's price was in the middle, but he definitely had the best proposal (the others wanted to tear out vast sections of wallboard). I would definitely hire them again.

Quick to respond on short notice. Provided one day service to install a gas line for a dryer. Price was a little more than expected however the work was high quality and the technician was professional and kept everything neat and clean. The work is solid and well done.

Tim and his crew did a good job in replacing our main water line. His estimate was the best and he used copper pipe rather than the black plastic pipe others planned to use. He carefully removed shrubs and replanted them after the job was completed.

This guy Tim restore my faith in contractors he is truly excellent at what he does I needed a plumber for a really bad smell in my bathroom he immediately knew what the problem was and told me what I needed to fix it in about 5 minutes and charged me nothing that right zero charge his is very professional and really a nice guy if you need a plumber he is the one to call save yourself time looking anywhere else this guy is fantastic!!!!!!!!!
