"Mr. Paul I'm sorry to see that you give us such a bad review but you told me that you would dispose of debris and the toilet was a old toilet that you asked me to reinstall it back for you... the price the I give to you was a great price $2,500.00 to do your Backsplash on the 2 floor apartment and a 1st floor bathroom remove the old tile floor, remove the plywood buying a new one and reinstalling, buying cement board and reinstalling, Remove the vanity and buy you a new one and reinstalling, Remove toilet and reinstalling, Installation of tile the I paying for! Your job completion took 3 days and we never left your place to we finish the work"

We hired My Pro Contractors to replace floor tiles of a shower stall, to check on and fix a leak underneath a toilet. Marcos was very professional - provided a detailed quote, started the work promptly, and addressed all of our concerns. Marcos is very detail-oriented and his work is of high quality. We will definitely recommend Marcos service!

I had a leak from my condo to the below unit s bathroom and my neighbor s bathroom ceiiling and walla were all wet. The management company told me it was coming from my bathroom and I needed to regrout the tiles and sealed the fixtures. Marcos called me as soon as I posted my needs and he came the next day on time to assess the need. He told me it wasn t from my bathroom and it could be the kitchen. So he tore down my kitchen wall as well as my neighbor s bathroom ceiling and wall and found the leak that was coming from a drainage pipe. So the plumbers fixed the pipe and Marcos built all the walls back and painted and put the tiles back. After a week both units looked better than before. He was always on time with a big smile on his face. He was flexible with the work hours and never complained. I will definitely hire him again for my other projects.
