The crew helped clean the area under the old church organ after removal in preparation for the newer one that the moved into its place. They were courteous and efficient. Minor adjustments were made to the new unit and my special request for memorial pieces to be kept were honored. Joseph was an excellent manager and communicator.

When moving, I had a budget. This companys quote was within the budget and I wanted to try out home advisor. The loading of my things went smoothly and on time. The problem was when they unloaded at the new house, they dragged out the process by unloading on box at a time. Then ASKED for a tip. A tip is not mandatory, especially when your work is not above par. What the young men did not know was I gave my mom an extra $100 for the tip but because they tried to get over she only gave them half. On top of that, they purposely bent the brackets of my bed frame. This caused my bed to be lopsided and I had to fix it. My issues were not as bad as it could have been but be mindful when using this company.

the time needed for the move was underestimated, so it ended up costing more, but this could have been because we didn't explain well? other than this, they were very efficient, pleasant and super careful with our belongings.

The guys they sent were excellent. They called to let me know what time they would be arriving within the time frame I'd been given. They arrived exactly when they said. Though they were a little skeptical they could get my adjustable frame and bed to the top of my townhouse, they managed to do it. They packed the truck in less than an hour (all items located in two rooms on one level) and unpacked the truck in less than an hour (items going into a room on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the townhouse). Much quicker than anyone expected. They were a good price and found me on home adviser looking for movers. I would definitely use them again.
