The project from design to final installation went great. The team at My Bath Colorado was realy good to work with. The installer was really good, the workmanship was high quality. Definately would recomend them.

Had a great experience with this company. Arielle in particular was so wonderfully thorough. She knew way more about the construction process than any of the other designers we met with and that led to a seamless installation and some great structural integrity. Plus she was a delight to chat with.

Arielle was absolutely incredible. She had so many good ideas and was so patient with our moments of indecision. The rest of the team was lovely too. Would definitely work with them again--but they did such a good and thorough job on our bathroom that we probably won't need to!

After a few different sales experience, My Bath Colorado came along and that was the end of looking. This company and the crew, including Chantelle the "Manager " and the head of the experience were really good to deal with. They really knew their industry! They went above trying to treat a "retired" couple fairly in every way they could.

The job was done very professionally from start to finish. I am so happy with the outcome. I had a problem area with the old shower which kept getting wet causing molding and floor damage. . The gentleman that did the work were fantastic and very respectful of my home.

Started a little slow - took a bit longer than expected to get started. Had a few bumps along the way, but everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Not 100% satisfied on the shower seat, but it should be okay in the long run. Quite satisfied with the overall project. Couldn't choose 4-1/2 stars.

From sales to construction I am more than pleased with my MyBath experience

Great experience! I’m a very happy customer and they did quick and quality work. Great communication throughout. I truly felt that they cared from start to finish. Our remodel was also knocking down a large pole/pillar and half wall and it opened up our entire townhome. The construction work was thorough and tile work was amazing. Best I’ve seen and I’ve been through a few remodels. I’d hire this team again!

My experience was very poor. My advice is to make sure you sign the agreement in person to make sure it is correct. The contract was not done properly, the materials were not very good and unfortunately the person they sent was not very good. It took eleven days to complete and the person was not even sure what the job entailed. I feel that I paid for something that I didn't really get.I would be very careful if you are interested in hiring this company.

Great communication, awful execution. Along with all the delays, their failure to actually fix many of our concerns was appalling. Shoddy electrical work, poor tile and drywall craftsmanship, awful grout work. They were "willing" to fix the issues and responded immediately to our concerns. Unfortunately the office can't fix what the installers/contractors mess up. A one week project turned into 3. A real shame as we were sold on quality and went them for that reason.

The whole team at MyBath Colorado did a fantastic job from the initial quote, project management, and final install. They were all professional and knowledgeable. Scott did the install and did a fantastic job communicating, installing, to cleanup. We needed and ADA compliant bathroom for a family member that is moving in. They exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them.

The My bath contractors were very professional, prompt and thorough in remodeling my bathroom and kitchen. Angela Gosling was my designer for my project. I was impressed with her knowledge, expertise and love of her profession. Chantelle was absolutely amazing coordinating the project, making sure the job remains on schedule, and absolutely amazing in constant communication with me on a daily basis. I Would definitely refer my friends and neighbors, without hesitation. Extremely satisfied above and beyond my expectations.

They called last minute and had an opening to get it done the next day. It took about 6 hours total and looks beautiful. No mess to and from the bathroom left behind. Will be contacting them next year for another bathroom.

Absolutely love the finished work. I got a new shower/tub and walks in one bathroom and a bye and new shower addition in the other bathroom and everything is as great as I was expecting. Plus they installed a new hardwood floor throughout my entire first level.

These people did a good job on the sales side. However, I have had a few problems since the installation. They have been very frustrating to deal with on the service side. I need to point out all of the problems are within the warranty period. I have sent emails with pictures of the problems and have texted people, and they have said they will schedule repair, but nothing happens. On the most recent problem I have sent pictures and have received texts back saying, "yes, it's a problem" but can't get anyone to fix it. My opinion is they have no clear chain of command to take care of issues after the install. They advertise we are a small company and can sell for less. The reality is, yes then can sell for less but service after the fact is terrible. The pictures below are poor or failed caulking in less than a year. The other problem I had was the shower bar was installed upside down. That has been repaired but again it took months to get anyone's attention.
