He did a decent job getting all of my Mom s leaves to the street the 1st time. Only complaint I have about the 1st leaf removal was that there were way TOO MANY branches sticking out of the leaf pile. I had to go and pull them out. Some I broke up, others I removed completely. The city does not want sticks or branches in the leaf piles because they clog up their suction trucks. The 2nd time they came out, they came out a little bit too soon / too close to the 1st time. Not all of the leaves were down yet, and the city was not due to come pick up the leaves for about another 2 weeks (as they had just been there a few days before). But, in the end, I did not have to rake and blow the leaves so I guess it s all good.

I had several bushes that needed to be cut down approximately 1/2 way and a lilac that was overgrown and needed a lot of trimming. Brandon came on time, and worked hard for approximately 3 hours and did a very nice job on all of them. Cleaned up everything very well. I would certainly recommend him to anyone and will call him again when needed.

Very disappointing customer service. Complaints from tenants. Photographs properties without permission. Poor clean up. Blades dull. Misses sections. No follow up.

They really listened to me. Brandon and Matt were very concerned about what I envisioned and made it a reality. I highly recommend them.
