He was very professional, personable and prompt. The outflow pipe had almost completely broken off the outside of the house. He was able to quickly fix the problem. I have had no problems since. Great job.

I searched through Home Advisor for a plumber. My Service Pro came up and Mark called back in 5 minutes. Set a time later that day to install a sump pump. The job was completed in time with better equipment than I had in in the first place. He also installed a motor for an air exchanger that I had but had been unable to find one of the "big firms" to do. He's a master plumber, but also a first class individual. John S.

I am very impressed with his work. Only reason for giving 4 on value for money, I felt the charges were on the higher side. Considering the cost of the unit, the labor charges were much higher.

3.5 for customer service because I had to follow-up on my initial call 2 days after my initial voicemail. However, once I talked with him, he came out same day and completed the work. He was very personable and knowledgeable. 3.5 for value. He recommended the best sump pump/backup/ battery backup to replace the existing sump pump which had failed at $2,000. I thought that was a lot. In addition, I ran to the hardware store and bought a $40 surge protector, which he plugged the new system in to. Total Cost $2,040

We hired Mark in an emergency situation. He arrived very quickly, fixed and replaced a new sump pump system ,and kept our basement from becoming flooded anymore. Would hire him again, but I won't call on a weekend again. Aumotatic $250 emergency charge was a big sting.
