Easy to deal with. There are options available, but no surprise costs. Product is an upgrade over the big box stores, which I am replacing. Made the mistake of buying one of the better retail units, hiring one of their recommended contractors, and getting a very poor installation. I wasted over $800.00. The original installation was so bad, it couldn t be rectified satisfactorily. In my decision to save $300, I wasted $800. Don t make the same mistake

We needed a fixed panel to finish our shower. MSD came quickly to give estimate and the install was done very soon after. Mario and his crew were professional, accurate and very neat. Mario even gave us instructions for the care of my glass. I would have them do this anytime I needed a job done. These guys are definitely 5 star! I would recommend them to anyone who asked, even my family and friends! Thank you.

Salesman was very knowledgable & explained everything, We had 2 more estimates coming, but after speaking with MSD, we decided to hire them. Price was fair, workmanship was stellar and the reps were very neat & clean. After a couple of hours we had (2) new glass shower doors. Very happy with MSD, would happily recommend them.

- price was better than most comparable - salesman was knowledgeable, worked with us to get the product and deal we're happy with, assured timing of install would work, and followed up on all questions & concerns - installation crew was polite, cautious, respectful of the new bathroom, cleaned up ... the door looks & works perfect. - love that it is fabricated right here in Ft. Myers.
