"This pool was so nasty when we showed up he wanted us to go in it and try to find his leaks, you could not have seen 2" in in front of your face in the water. He told us his pumps would not stay primed so we told him he had to fix it first so the water would clear up. It took him 3 months to pay for that which was due upon completion. The liner looked like the rocky mountains and he would not fix."
