On time nice and excellent job

The crew was extremely business like; extremely friendly and neat. The were totally knowledgeable of the task. A few days after the installation was complete, we accidently knocked the sliding door off its tract; we called them and they sent the individual who installed the door and corrected the problem and checked the other hardware to ensure that they had been installed correctly. And best news was that it was considered a courtesy call --- at no charge.

My Windows plus were very professional and I was extremely pleased with the installation. I had to leave installers for an appointment and was very surprised that they rehung my curtains and mini blinds before they left. Peter, the owner, always responded to my calls and called upon completion to see if everything went well. I would definitely recommend My Windows Plus.

Owners son came to fix my storm door. He had hardly any appropriate tools. He used my electric drill to fix the door. The owner had to come back to adjust the door sweep. I thought that Pete (the owner) would have fixed the door, but instead, he sent his son. I am sure if Pete (the owner) had come to fix the door first there would not have been a problem. His son was a nice young man but came totally unprepared.

I have already set up an appointment for him with my neighbor, He has also hired him to do the job. Job should be completed within a month.

MESSY, INCOMPLETE WORK! Pete gave reasonable bid for our project. He and his co-worker Chris were anxious to process their permits & get started. Pete was not very adept at dealing with the twp. & he voiced his complaints and frustration to us on numerous occasions. After numerous plan revisions he finally got approval. However, he still couldn't get it right as he dug footings for a deck which were wider than the approved size. Consequently, he had to do a patch up job to cover wrong footing holes in the concrete and cut new holes for footings at the approved width. Pete and Chris left the inside of the house a mess. There was debris and layers of sawdust throughout the house. No one cleaned up after themselves. Several aspects of the job were done poorly requiring Chris to redo. For instance, he tried to reuse old sliding door molding which was cracked and damaged. Near the end of the project, Pete and Chris stopped answering our calls and returning messages & they continue to do so to this day. Ultimately, they did a poor job & left a number of agreed upon aspects of the project INCOMPLETE after being paid the full amount owed.

a pleasure doing business with Pete, the owner. I had a window replaced and glass replaced in another window. I highly recommend them.

Great service! Came on time or early each time. Had a small issue after installation and they took care of it immediately , less than 24 hours after alerting them.

The owner, Pete, came to my house for a consultation and then he and his other two contractors completed the job promptly and professionally. Highly recommend.
