MYer Garage Door

This was without a doubt one of the best experiences I have ever had with a repairman. He gave me a reasonable rough estimate over the phone which the other 2 would not. Upon coming out, he discovered that the garage door belt did not break but instead a bolt attached to the spring had broken off, because it was not installed properly by a previous repairman. As his prices were reasonable, besides attaching the bolt and belt properly, I also had him replace my rollers, springs and lubricate everything. He was very personable and explained everything well. I couldn’t have asked for more. Thanks, James!

James was extremely polite on the phone. He was willing to give me an early estimate on the phone. When I called him back the next day, he was able to be at my house within 3 hours. When he arrived, he was quick to diagnose my cable problem. He had the parts needed in his truck. He gave me a very fair price and completed the job within an hour, including resetting the door opener settings. I would not hesitate calling James again. He was a straight shooter. And he didn't try to rip me off.

James went above and beyond to be honest and thorough. Other companies simply wanted to replace the garage door for $4000 and he was able to fix it for a fraction of that. He also went out of his way to drive almost 2 hours to my property when most companies would not. I highly recommend James as the go to person for garage door service.

James sent me a text within a minute of my post requesting to have the springs replaced on my garage door that was inoperable I was specific about what was needed and he immediately gave me a quote through a text and came 20 minutes later and fixed my garage door. He quoted me a fair price and was very knowledgeable. I wasn’t expecting to be able to get it fixed that quick, but was pleasantly surprised and James exceeded all expectations.

When I looked for a contractor, I asked for a detailed estimate with product description and James was very upfront and honest He showed up and even my dog liked him He troubleshot my old opener and let me know he could fix it and we talked about replacing it instead and I went with the new motor One and a half hours to install the new motor and track as well as program my truck opener and I’m very glad I chose him! Very good vibes and professional!!

I sent James some pictures of my garage door and he told me I had broken Springs and gave me a price over the phone came out immediately and replaced both springs.
