I recently discovered an issue with the smoke detectors in my home. We originally had seven hardwired smoke detectors with battery backup, but four of them were not showing the normal solid green power light. Since the house is only 10 years old, I knew something wasn’t right. Eddie from Myers Electric came out and immediately impressed me with his professionalism, friendliness, and determination to solve the problem. He is the kind of person you feel comfortable having in your home. What stood out most was his persistence. At first, the problem didn’t make sense. He checked the detectors and wiring connections, and everything appeared to be connected correctly. Rather than guessing or taking shortcuts, he methodically traced the wiring to find the root cause. That’s when he uncovered the real issue: a junction box had been covered by drywall during construction. He came and installed a new outlet for my electric car. He was very professional, answered my questions and did a fabulous job. Explained the year warranty. I had an electrical issue and requested a Pro on Angie. I'm serious, in less than a minute I received a call from Myers. I explained my problem and asked if we could schedule for tomorrow. He said he could have a tech out within an hour. Great. Tech Eddie was at my house in less than 30 minutes. He explained my issue and had all the parts needed and fixed my problem in 20 minutes. He was friendly and professional and gave that vibe that he really wanted to help me. I can't recommend this company high enough.
