Andy and his crew were amazing to work with. Andy responded quickly to do an estimate for the job. He then quickly started the job and they were able the handle all of the unforeseen problems working on a old house comes with. When the job was complete I noticed that the toilet I had selected was to big for passage to the shower for my paraplegic step-son, Andy immediately sent the crew back to install the correctly sized toilet. I will be use them again for all future home repairs.

We were having a hydrostatic water issue in the rear of our basement level garage. Andy knew exactly what was required to correct the issue. He and the APEX team came in and completed the work earlier than promised, as well as adding some unexpected upgrades at no additional cost. It’s difficult to find a contractor who knows what they’re doing and gives you the confidence that the job will be done right. Andy and APEX team deliver on that promise and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

We had a pipe burst from the 2nd floor bathroom through the 1st floor ceiling that flooded the hallway, living room and all the way to the basement. Andy and his mitigation crew came and explained all the procedures thoroughly and provided consultations, suggestions and guidance with every problem that occurred during the reconstruction of all different levels of the house. They were professional and courteous and always available for any questions. Andy even helped with the hardest part of the process: dealing with the insurance. Needless to say, the house looks brand new after they left after 5 weeks. In addition, we ended up asking for an extra bathroom project to be done at the same time!

We had a burst pipe and needed help, Andy was able to send his crew the same day. The guys showed up quickly and took care of the issue immediately. As expected, they were professional and the work was done properly. The biggest thing for us was how they handled the insurance side. They dealt with our insurer directly, made sure everything was covered, and helped us get reimbursed for the damage and costs. We were happy with their work, and we couldn't have asked for better. Would 100% recommend them to anyone dealing with water damage or emergency repairs!

After an ice dam caused a leak into our home, they handled everything seamlessly—from mitigation through the full rebuild. LACK OF COMMUNICATION WITH OWNER. WORK WAS LESS THAN GOOD. THE WRONG FLOORS WERE INSTALLED AND THEY WERE POORLY INSTALLED.NO RESTITUTION WAS WAS OFFERED. HE WASNT HAPPY WITH MY INSURANCE PAYMENTS AND NOW DEMANDING MONEY FROM ME, WELL BEYOND A GENEROUS PAYMENT FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY. HE INFLATED HIS COSTS. AND THREATENED LEGAL ACTION. HE USES CHEAP MATERIALS AND HIRES QUESTIONABLE PEOPLE TO DO THE WORK.

General contractor was very knowledgeable and comforting.I had a hot water pipe burst under my home and had to have mitigation and remodeling done in 4 rooms. It took about 21/2 wks.His workers really knew there job. I tried other companies and never got a call back !mr. Andrew Rodriguez, the general contractor immediately called back and started work the next day.He's been doing this for 40 years and I highly recommend him and his company.

A truly amazing contracting company! My 90-year young grandmother had a tremendous leak under her Mobile Home bathroom floor that had gone unnoticed until her floor started to buckle, and the water began soaking through the floor. APEX Contracting came out that same night to Mitigate the issues and begin Emergency services. Not only did they complete the mitigation work within days they also handled my grandmother's insurance claim and got her FULL coverage for her claim and repairs! It took only a few weeks for the APEX crew to rebuild a new beautiful bathroom with custom tiled shower, adjoining utility room completely gutted and re-tiled and painted, and gut and replacement of floor and carpeting throughout the attached hallway/living room/dining room area. The crew on a daily basis kept my grandmother abreast of any areas that may be trip hazards and were kind and respectful on a daily basis. We would highly recommend APEX to all!

I hired Andy from Apex to assist me with major home repairs from an insurance claim for my master bathroom and kitchen floor below it. Andy is a TOTAL BULLDOG with the insurance companies. Like WOW. He knows the State Laws so well and quotes them verbatim to the insurance adjuster for you when they tried not to give me my full entitlement based on my policy I had been paying on for years. Andy not only fought for me to get every penny I was entitled to from my insurance company, but his team also remediated and repaired my home in record time. I was VERY happy with how Andy fought for me not just for a week, or two weeks, but for MONTHS with my adjuster to ensure I got what I was entitled to. I honestly never hired someone who actually cared that much about getting not only the job done, but getting me my full insurance benefits that I wasn't even aware I was entitled to. And BOY did the insurance company push back the entire process. But Andy stood FIRM, assertive, and handled it!

If you are looking for an amazing contractor, you have found him. We hired Andy and his team to do a complete gut renovation of our basement, including installing a robust French drain system under the foundation, laundry room, full bathroom, and wet bar. From the very beginning we knew we were in good hands. His team are considerate and really great at what they do. Andy was hands on and always aware of what was going on at our house. Even with all the unexpected things we uncovered behind the walls, in the ceiling, and even under the foundation (we have a 100 year old house with 100-year-old-house problems), Andy was calm and collected and always figured out a solution. He helped us make tough decisions and guided us through the entire process without pressuring us into making any choices we werent comfortable with. The cherry on top was the quality of the work. I will be the first to admit that I have an eye for detail which can drive some contractors crazy. But Andys team were up for the challenge, consistently delivering on amazing craftsmanship and top-notch finishes. They are truly proud of what they do, and it shows in the finished product. Our basement is the envy of all our neighbors, and not just for what the eye can see, but for the quality of the work behind the walls as well. We will certainly be using Apex again for our next big renovation project, and will be recommending them to everyone we know in the meantime.

The attention to detail with Apex was incredible. The team helped with every aspect of my design. Also their ability to overcome obstacles in the remodeling of kitchen was exceptional. Like with any remodeling there will be unexpected obstacles, but with Apex they came up with fixes and even adjusted the price for some inconvenience. Very professional business.

We hired Andy and his team to remodel our kitchen after a flood. I canâ t say enough about the team, the communication and the quality of service provided by ACRSI. Every time I had an idea or something else I wanted to add to the kitchen, Andy was able to draw it up and get it ordered and installed for me. His team came early mornings and stayed until the job was done. We added a new built-in pantry and a front hall closet to the existing kitchen plan and it went flawlessly. Andy and his team installed beautiful molding around the entire kitchen and added paneling on the walls to match our new cabinets.
