Fixed Generator Installation
Robin Myre overcharges and did not return to fix a short that caused the product to blow 5 fuses. He was very nasty over the phone when I called him to inquire about this problem. He told me he never said he would return to troubleshoot and fix the problem, which occured on the very first trial startup of the unit. He made the very first trial startup on day one. Very bad businessman!

"The customer purchased this generator from Home Depot in 2016. He could not find anyone to install it. We took it off his trailer, installed and wired it. He was a completely satisfied customer as all my customers are. After a year or 2, it started blowing fuses. He contacted another electrician to work on it and it still blows fuses twice a year. He contacted me 4 years later about his problem. I told him to contact Home Depot or the last contractor to work on it. I have a 1-year warranty on all my work but the problem is not in my work and it is in the generator. Rich would not accept my explanation. Look at all other reviews, this one does not make sense and is obviously not how I do business."

Fixed Generator Installation
Never met mr. Myre. All conversation by phone. I lived 3 hours from him.what I liked was every time I called him usually about 7 am he himself answered the phone. Very polite was happy with his work.
