About us
Since my introduction into the pool business in the beginning of 2000, I have had the opportunity to learn from several intelligent business owners and have expanded my knowledge though schools and first hand training. Not long after I began cleaning pools, I found a use for my electrical and mechanical knowledge in the service, repair, and renovation side of the business. I exceeded in this field quickly and was asked to start up a service division. I then wanted to know what went into the construction of these phenomenal masterpieces I had been working on in the past couple of years. I joined the construction side of the business and soon realized that this is where my passion lies. It was in March of 2005 that Mystic Waters, Inc. was officially formed. Through Mystic Waters, Inc., I want to renovate and build beautiful backyards for people from start to finish. I now use all my training, skills, and relationships with other great contractors and reps to ACHIEVE REAL QUALITY, TRUE INTEGRITY, and give my customers the PEACE OF MIND that when using Mystic Waters, Inc. an exciting and wonderful thing happens...we make visions appear. In November of 2007, we expanded our business to include a retail location under the name of The Backyard Place located at the corner of Settingdown Road and Hwy 400 in Cumming, Georgia. It is our goal to be your one stop shop for all of your backyard needs!

"Had customer called back with this info. we would have been happy to refund service call charge. We are not in business to rip folks off or charge absorbant rates for work not satisfied with."
"Perform the services asked for and went back several times without charging anymore. Work performed at the customers house was done per the customers request (Richard). Even called manufacture when customer thought the parts must be wrong. Manufacture assured us that all was correct and this was still not good enough for customer and now they refuse to pay for parts that are on their pool."
