Good quality work at a reasonable price

The owner AJ is very polite and people oriented. He came to my house and bidded for the tree removal. He didn t come with necessary tools for the job. He didn t do the job to my expectations.

The owner and worker who cut down my dead tree were friendly, communicative and cleaned up the mess cutting down a tree creates. Excellent personal skills in addition to skilled at taking down the tree. Thank you!!

AJ is a con and should be in jail. He is not a tree pro. I was stupid and gave him a $2500 advance. He never came back. I will never use Homek Adviser again!!!!!! Mystical S

They took down a tree severely damaged by a storm. They were very professional and pleasant. It was very evident they cared about the job they did and the clean up was awesome. Would recommend them as first class..

Arrived on time, did well what was asked, polite, honest. Reasonable price. Removed a tree that had fallen due to tornado.

Aj delivered and spread mulch for us. We are very pleased with the final result. He cared about doing his best. Aj is a pleasant and professional gentleman to work with.

They were friendly, professional, conscientious, willing to do the work required and more. I would recommend them.

Of 3 times they came to work Twice they were way late Their knowledge of plants and how to prune was lacking A helper mainly stood around watching him work. He did help picking up cuttings. I had to be there to suggest/tell AJ how to prune. AJ is very willing to work and to please but he has a long learning curve to be a knowledgeable pruner.

AJ was right on time for both the estimate and the tree removal. I would definitely use him again in the future.

Was contacted by Mystical Services through HomeAdvisor. A.J. came out on a Tuesday to give us an estimate on our trees/bushes/shrubs/etc. We set up a Saturday appointment the following day. A.J. and his crew arrived Saturday morning. They are very thorough, professional, courteous, and meticulous. We were very happy with the job they did. They also were very welcoming of any suggestions we offered about the process throughout the day (about 7 hours). They also do an amazing job of cleaning up when they finish! My only gripe would be was we had a 7-7:30 appointment scheduled, and they didn't get to our house until around 9:00. But that was a very minor setback. I highly recommend Mystical. We will definitely have them back to do more work for us. Great group of guys!!!! Thanks A.J.

Not sure how many stars. Made the appointment through HomeAdvisor for Tuesday 10am. Got a call Monday making appointment for Wednesday. We said we thought it was Tuesday. They said will today (Monday) be ok. That was all fine. Sooner the better. Monday they arrived on time and gave us a bid. We accept. They were to come out 7am Thursday. At 7:40am we got the call that it would be 8:30-9:00. Finally showed up around 10:30am. When they arrived I warned them that there were a couple of snakes where they would be working. We then realized they were rattle snakes!!! The guys killed about seven of them for which I am very grateful. The ?boss? was very squeamish about all the snakes ( me too), so he said he would do the job when we got rid of the snakes. I offered to pay them to kill the rest (if any) and he turned us down. They aren't snake catchers after all . The job was never done, but they were extremely late. Not on time, but can't rate their services. Five stars for snake killing.

He's excellent. He can make all your hardships mystically disappear!
