Great communication and quick service. I called on Friday morning to receive a quote for a termite inspection. They were the most cost effective quote and by the afternoon, I was able to schedule the inspection for Monday morning 8 am. JR was early for the inspection which let me be on my way earlier than I expected. He was courteous and professional showing me recommendations that I can do myself to prolong the life of the house. Would recommend and would use again.

JR and his staff responded to my inquiry right away and was out here the next day (Sunday). I was extremely impressed with his expertise and the fact that he listened to my concerns and communicated every step of the way. His pricing was extremely fair. I have had a lot of contractors complete work at my home over the years, I don't know that I have ever worked with anyone that I would rate as highly as Mystique Renovations and JR.

JR and his staff are hands down some of the best contractors we have worked with. They gave us a very fair estimate for the work we requested (sunroom demolition and patio rebuild), and completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and with great quality. We live out of state from our home due to job transfers and JR was not only flexible with our tenant situation but also kept us informed daily of progress via texts and photos (he would call if that s your preference). He even completed a couple of extra smaller projects we ended up needing done. I would absolutely recommend this team and will hire again for future projects.

I hired Mystique Renovations in order for the buyer of my mothers estate to be approved for an FHA mortgage. Their were several smaller jobs that required a handyman. Once completed, the appraiser returned to review the work. To make a long story short, the appraiser changed what needed to be done and JR and Gena came over on the 4th of July and made all of the required changes and wrote a letter explaining what they did. We were then able to close on the house without delay. I would recommend Mystique Renovations to any realtor or anyone who needs someone they can trust. Thanks again.

They were punctual, professional, explained what they were going to do and did a perfect job. Looked like they had never been there (except for the job they did,). Other than that, nothing was disturbed, broken or dirty. I'd hire them back in a minute!

They were terrific!! I hired them to remove old carpeting from a house I just bought. They did my living room, two bedrooms, hallway and staircase. Also all the tack strips. It’s arduous work and I’m glad I hired them to do it for me. They also explained to me how they dispose of the old carpet in an an environmentally responsible manner. Plus, they’re a lot of fun. They are VERY easy to work with. And spotless clean-up. I will definitely being calling them again if the occasion arises.
