N2 Pools

Chris is the owner. He personally came out and saw my frustration after hiring a well known franchise. I should have contracted N2 pools sooner. I find the owner honest, responsible and an abundance of integrity. Every promise he made, he kept. I am happy with my decision. If you are tired of getting the run around and bad service, I recommend giving N2 pools. Josh is my tech. He does a good job, answers my questions, and is very courteous.

N2 actually gives me pictures and follow up information about his service. The pool has never looked so good.

We are managing our parents property from out of state and N2 pools has done an excellent job getting their pool straightened out and even send weekly photos when they come to maintain it. Been having problems with algae and not able to get it under control. After a couple of vists Chris was able to solve my problem and the pool is looking great.Would highly recommend him to take care of your pool.He also sends you a report on what he has done.

The owner Chris has gone above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. He explained the pricing and billing process up front, and even provided an initial on-site visit to check water quality and filters at no charge before we had even committed to using N2 Pools. He coordinated services while we were still living out of state and it was very smooth process. I love the pictures and reports Chris sends, very professional. I am away on business alot, and we were concerned about leaving the screened lanai unlocked so he could clean pool and he suggested we put a padlock on the door so he could get in and then lock up after he was done each week. I purchased the padlock and Chris installed it for me...I know that is not in his job description (lol), but Chris went above and beyond to provide this level of individualized service, that you can tell he truly cares about his customers. So grateful to have found Chris and N2 Pools.

Our pool was green. Chris came and tested our pool and then discussed the fix with Us. He had it back to a beautiful blue in a few days.

Love, love the report sent to me by text on the amount of chemicals that were used and what the different levels were and a breakdown of what was added, plus a nice pool picture .
