"Amy, this review is false and misleading. Your project did not fail because of any completed installation issue. The project did not proceed because there were weather-related scheduling delays, including rain, and the project was later canceled before installation began. We dispute your claims regarding misrepresentation, no notice, and any allegation that N.A. Turf is currently under civil suit for ?unprofessional services.? This is a scheduling and cancellation dispute, not a fraud or completed-work issue, and all related communications have been preserved."

"Jennifer, this review is false and misleading. N.A. Turf performed work at your property, delivered materials, and has preserved the contract, communications, photos, videos, and recordings concerning this project. Your position changed repeatedly from alleged workmanship issues to payment refusal while still demanding to keep installed materials and avoid the remaining balance. This is not a ?scam? or ?nonexistent company? issue. It is a disputed contract/payment matter that is being handled formally. For that reason, we dispute your statements and will not litigate the matter in a public review thread."

"The statements made in this complaint do not accurately reflect the facts of the project. This installation project has been active and ongoing under a signed service agreement. Materials were delivered to the property and installation work had already begun prior to the complaint being filed. Base preparation, turf delivery, and a significant portion of the artificial turf installation were completed on site. The allegation that this project constitutes “fraud” is incorrect. Fraud implies intentional deception where no materials or services are provided. In this case, materials were delivered and installation work was clearly performed at the property. Artificial turf installations are completed using multiple sections of turf that are cut and professionally seamed together. This is the standard installation method used throughout the synthetic turf industry and is part of the normal installation process. At the time of this response, our installation crew is currently on site finishing the remaining work on the project. The customer has acknowledged that our crew is present and performing the work. Despite the project actively being completed, the customer has initiated a chargeback with their payment processor while the installation is still in progress. Our company remains committed to completing the work in accordance with the signed agreement. Our position is that this project is actively being completed under the contract and that the allegations made in this complaint do not accurately reflect the status of the installation or the work that has already been performed."
