Richard was very professional, and the Home Inspection was done on time and on budget. The report was very thorough and allowed me to negotiate a price reduction with the home seller to cover some of the findings. Would definitely use Richard again should the need arise.

Richard was first called to inspect the first property we had under contract. He did a very thorough search of the entire house and detailed each of the many problems that he encountered. Along with photos of each item that needed repairs or a contractors advise, he may have through all of the information I got gave me good reasons to decline that contract and resume my search. After I found the next property that I put under contract I had my realtor contact Richard and ask him to help us out with this house. He was on time and did a fantastic job again and gave us comfort in knowing that we found our dream home. I would recommend his services to anyone who is buying there next house.
