Eric answered my calls personally, showed up on time, and troubleshot our computer, wifi and TV problems in a new house. He came up with excellent solutions and installed a new flat screen TV along w/ wifi and router repairs. I will definitely use him again. Eric is polite, honest, and extremely innovative. He will find a solution to your problem--then execute the repair or installation. He's worth more than 5 stars!

I called yesterday (Fri) at noon and Eric picked up on the first ring and set up an apt today (Sat) for 0800. He was prompt and professional. He did a very thorough job checking the wiring for the outlet and the fuse panel. He quickly diagnosed the problem, fixed it and even improved the wiring. I have been a homeowner for 30 yrs and Eric is the very best I have ever had. He is personable, professional and thorough all for a VERY reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about him and his company!

Eric returned my call within minutes after leaving a message. I found him to be very professional in everything he did. The way I was treated was like we have known each other a long time. The price he gave me was not one that I had to think about. I had looked around and knew what I was looking for. When I told him he was able to take care of it. He and a coworker came and while one was working on the outside, the other was working on the insaide. They treated our house like it was their own. Very clean and made sure it was clean when they left. Would I give their name to others? Without any hesitation. Just waiting on the gas co. now.

Eric installed a propane generac generator for our lake house in 2013. It works fine, no problems. Eric serviced our generator as promised on the anniversary date in 2014. All is well. Eric scheduled to service our generator in November 2015, no show, no call, no email, no response to our requests and we fired him.
