the orginal person who came to do the estimate was not the same person who did the install. they sent someone else who couldn't finish it the same and didn't return until **4PM** the next day. then he brought his son along with him. charge me extra for a piece i appearently needed (that supposbly he didn't have) and told me he was charge me 10.00 extra for labor. come **10pm** (he didn't even put that part in) and says he had to leave and that he would have some else finish it. I have not seen him since. would not recomment this company, base on my expierence.

Bathroom - Remodel

This contractor still has not finished the work. I have heard many excuses from him on when it would get done and it has been a month and my bathroom shower is still not done. I have left multiple messages and now I don't even receive a return call. Very poor customer service and I have paid and afraid that the job will never get done. My renters cannot take a shower in this bathroom so it has become a huge inconvenience. Beware!!!

"Installed shower inserts and new walls for shower. But was very upset about getting blamed for a fence that was damaged. I am not the type of person to be dishonest."

Good communication, customer service, workmanship & follow up. Overall I'm very pleased with everything and would recommend this company to anyone, although he could improve his timekeeping a bit.
