I cannot believe this guy Leo is still in business. He is a liar and should be in jail or at least not allowed to do business in Florida. H ebilked us out of tens of thousands of dollars. Call me to discuss if you want more details. George 248-330-1394

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I could have done a better job myself and I don't know how to lay tile and I am in my 70's. They did not wipe the tile as they went so now I have white stuff all over my wood looking tile. Part of this is my fault because I paid Leo, but I took him at his work that he would make it right. What a dummy I am. I am constantly tripping over tile that is too high. Short story short, do not let Leo into your house.

"Im coming to realize when folks post reviews, they must lie in order to make their words sound relevant, even if its outrageous. Grout haze yes very possible. Tripping over tile, an impossibility! Especially when we use clips and level system to install. Some folks are just liars, and the older I get, the more I learn about people. Even after 20 years in the industry!"

Leo, the owner, gave us an estimate to fix the missing grout in our walk-in shower. Within a week, Mason was here to do the work. He showed up on time, worked quickly and even did some repair in the entryway. We are very happy with the quality of work and the professional demeanor of APEX.

They were disorganized on arrival. The grout repair did not match the existing floor. The tile cutting and setting was inconsistent. Had to call back for clean and re-dos' Their machinery broke down without a replacement. Nice guys. Would not recommend.

Apex is the absolute best!! I definitely recommend. Everyone is very polite!! Great communication. They did an amazing job repairing tile in my kitchen that had been cracked!! They are clean, fast, & fair. If you are looking to get your tile repaired I would 100% recommend Apex tile.

The work done was good. The mess that was left was totally unnecessary. We were away for the summer and they had a free hand to work when they chose to. When we got back the furniture, floors and even clothing in drawers were covered in construction dust. The bathroom was off the master bedroom. It should have been easy to close the door to the bathroom while working and close it at the end of the day and the end of the project. That way we would have one room to clean not all. Just sloppy. We will be finding dust until Christmas. Dust on the bedspread, curtains, pillows, everywhere. Did not have to happen. Alex and Olivia are nice people but that only goes so far.

Nightmare I paid 10,835.00 they broke my sink toilet Dent in 3 spots in my refrigerator scrape The bathtub they left the job on done two bathrooms not done They did not grout the rest of the tile The owner Leo would not even talk to me on the phone I cannot believe it there is people out there like that but there is always God.

"OMG , unfortunately this is a complete distortion of the truth. We will not bad mouth this client But to say all damages were caused by the previous tenant , but it was easier to blame the contractor. This then became a disagreement , when it came time to pay the piper , those claims of damage were used to chisel down the bill. We will not accept blame unless its truly ours, nor will we accept abusive behavior . We do absolutely wish Rita well . ***Please read our previous reviews to judge who we are . Leo and the entile Apex staff was able to replace several cracked Travetine tiles on my pool deck and regrout several areas in my bathrooms. They did an excellent job, returned the areas to look like brand new and cleaned up spotlessly. I would highly recommend them.

Very professional. The job was small but they were happy to do it. The price was reasonable and about 30% less expensive than my other quote. They arrived on time and completed the job quickly.
