Nathan Construction did extensive high-end remodeling including tile/marble work on several bathrooms and a kitchen. The quality of their work exceeded our expectations! When they say 8am they mean 8am. They were on time and cleaned up always. We have recommended them to friends and relatives. Great work and great work ethic!!

I liked Octavian. He seemed like a hard working and genuine person and quoted me a reasonable price for the drywall repair. The repair was not a huge project and he told me he would finish it in a couple of days. This was in November 11 2020. He came for 3 days for less than an hour each day and patched drywall and added some mud. Because he made good progress I paid him half the amount. The work remaining is to add more mud, sand and paint which is what will take him at least a day but after giving me many many dates and times he never bothered to message me that he was not going to show up. His initial reasons for not showing up were health related so I thought I would give him some benefit of doubt but now he is not even answering my phone. I have had to deal with a personal loss of a family member in this time and people like him just add stress to our lives. I am only writing this review so that he does not do this to other people.

Did great work on fixing a leaking toilet and recaulking my shower. Added in a few extras without raising the price! (Installed new faucet and replaced flooring!) Highly recommended!

He is very detail oriented, he gave good insight and feedback!
