Worst company I ever hired to do anything! You should not be recommending them at all! Maybe you should check them out yourself before recommending them!

nationwide pools is now under investigation from the AG of Florida for leaving jobs half finished. I signed a contract with them February 2013 and to date my pool is unfinished .

sorry I cannot even give them 1 star. Nationwide pools will collect 75% the cost of a new pool and then leave you a very large bird bath and you will never see them again

It was difficult to get them to start the project and our pool is NOT FINISHED. Multiple employees that we dealt with are now "gone" from the company and NO ONE that is left can seem to tell us when they can finish the pool. They nicely collected the majority of the money for the pool and then quit working completely!

They started the pool on 08/20/12 and the pool is finally finished in Jan 2013. The subcontractor for the digging came to my home and informed me that he was putting a lien on my home because a problem with payment from nationwide. Contacted the owner and it was resolved, but how professional is this? Always someone there to contact, but they very rarely return calls if you ask to be called back. This has turned out to be a real learning experience and issue over the cleaned still remains unresolved.

Project is unfinished after 2 1/2 months. Company does not return calls. cannot give date of next step or completion. My HOAi is on my case and I received a notice of lien from the Gunite company..

Delay Problems with the permit and Holidays have been keeping things behind schedule.

Subcontractors are fabulous. All have really cared about their work and have done an awesome job. Materials and workmanship are excellent. I have no doubts about the quality of the pool.

Bad experience. Robo pool vaccuum sill not working properly and they refuse to come and remedy. Paid a lot of money to convert to salt water pool and they should come and fix their equipment they sold me. Worse customer service I have experienced.

Since my last review I had a phone conference with the owner of Nationwide Pools, his salesman and construction manager. We discussed the promises made and the problems that arose. After which we came to an amicable resolution. This was handled professionally. I have had no problems with the completed work and am happy with the final product.

Since my last review and project completion I had a phone conversation with Mr. Stuart the owner of Nationwide Pools. We discussed the problem that arose. After the conversation with Mr Stuart, Nationwide Pools took action and effectively resolved all my concerns and complaints. This was handled in an amicable and professional manner. My wife and I are happy with the completed pool done by Nationwide Pools

They have been fantastic. Very responsive, very customer oriented and has done great work. We would definitely recommend them. They go the extra mile to make you happy. We are very pleased.

I am a local realtor so you can imagine what I have heard about pool companies. I have to say these guys renewed my faith in the pool guy. We searched for builders and got 4 bids and Nationwide designed a one of a kind spa that really got our attention. They used the computer for a 3d final rendering and we were blown away. The team of guys worked thier tails off to reach a very tight schedule. At the end of the day we made it and we have a gorgoues pool. I will use Nationwide if I ever move from this home, but with this backyard I'm not going anywhere! Thank you.

Im very happy I chose this company. They were very friendly, and easy to get a hold of. Every one that showed up was professional. The pool looks great, special thanks to James and Tim, my neighbor will be using them too. I had one little issue after the pool was complete and the came out the next day (on a Saturday) and fixed it. Thanks guys!

contract date 12/27/10 pool finished 7/12/11 was told it would take about 12 wks. had to fight these people all the way to get them on the job,finish one part and would have to fight with the project Mgr.to get them back,lie about when they would be on the job i would call again and get more lies.Salesman left a 500.00 item out of the contract and at the end wanted 500.00 more than i had paid for the item. I WOULD NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY THING !!!!!!

I was told this project would be completed in 42 days. After 13 days the pool was formed the plumbing was done and the yard was leveled. I have not seen anyone from Nationwide in the past 18 days. There is no way on this earth they will complete this pool over the next 11 days. Their customer service is non existent. From the sales person to the construction manager to the scheduling coordinator they have no idea how to treat a customer. They are a lot of promises with no follow through.

The gentleman in charge of the project, John, doesn't find it convienant to keep appointments that would have him driving back to Boca (we live in Port St. Lucie) Early appointments are best for us, but not for him.

We are in the process of having it built some delays but they are seemingly moving forward will let you know by next month

Great pool builder

I spoke with a representative who was very informative. I also spoke with four other people from four other companies. The man from Nationwide Pools gave me a paper with all the questions I should be asking. After thinking about it, I had him come back and meet my husband and we proceeded to sign the contract. They were great from start to finish with the resurfacing of our pool. We hope to eventually have our deck redone and will definitely keep them in mind for the job.

The workmanship is of very good quality. The business end and running of the job leaves a lot to be desired. First, the salesman makes all sorts of promises and quotes figures for "if" scenarios. It seems clear and somehow the important points do not make it into the contract. You need a lawyer to review and make sure it's all in order. Secondly, more than five people called to schedule, re schedule and change the contract order to suit the company. After spending more than $7000 inpool repairs, they did not change out the spa pump into one system with the pool pump, and offered to put in another anoe for $950. It should not had even been.

I had a very goood experience with their sales person. However im still loking for a contractor to install my new pool for the price and terms that i want .It's a buyers market and so far two pool companys have come close to my terms. I spent much time in many show rooms in the past three month and there was not to many eager people ready to spend 40k in todays market .I will wait and i know one will call me back with the price and the features i want in my pool. I will be willing to pay cash over the install time frame. So far a&g pools wants my business for the second time.They know many referals will come to along with it.

Tom S was the salesman extremely nice and if your looking for a company that well bend over backwards to make you happy Tom and nationwide is the company for you. Im a contractor and ive dealt with many trades and this was by far the easiest transaction ive ever had. VERY FAST AND GREAT QUALITY

Wonderful. Job was done quickly but well. Good communication. Excellent presentation of proposal-very complete-Devin was courteous and professional all along.
