Very dishonest. Wont finish job. Wont return calls. Once they have the money, you are out of luck. I dont understand why they are not in jail.

SIGNED WITH THEM IN MAY 2022 IN END OF OCT WE STILL COULD NOT GET RETURN CALLS FROM COMPANY . THEY TOOK A 6,000.00 DOLLAR DEPOSIT AND DID NO WORK . WE COULD NOT GET REMAINDER OF INSURANCE SETTLEMENT OR RELEASE OF CONTRACT TO USE ON NEW ROOF . WE CONTACTED ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE IN FLORIDA AND THEY SENT CASE TO CRIMES AGAINST SENIORS . BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

I have never dealt with a more dysfunctional company. They do not answer calls or texts for months at a time, forget to schedule you, they are misleading, only attentive when it comes to initial deposit, and no one has a clue what is going on. Thankfully, the company who actually worked on my home was a subcontractor. The subs were good people and did a great job. I would avoid NEX, Nationwide Roofing, or whatever they decide to call themselves today. That should have been the first sign to avoid them. Absolute clown show of a company.

Had a great experience with Nationwide Exteriors, Orlando, Fl. CandiceG was my point of contact. My insurance was about to expire and she followed up with the insurance to process the claim. She was present when the insurance adjuster came for the roof inspection. Our HOA allows only owen cornings roof shingles and Nationwide had all the HOA approved types. once the permit was approved work was completed within couple of days. There was a small problem of paint peeling in the wall, but when told to CandiceG she immediately sent someone to fix it. I would Highly recommend Nationwide Exteriors
