Everyone should have a stamped concrete porch - they did a fabulous job on mine - I love it and have used it every day. It is so pretty - everyone in the neighborhood have commented on how it looks - I could not be happier. The crew were wonderful - finished in record time and cleaned up everything. Nelson is the best! I cannot say enough nice things about this company!!! Great work.

Hands down, worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Quality of work seemed fine but not very response when dealing with a craftsman issue. Construction violations were noted when the city inspected the work. In particular, violation were with the steps. I have be pursuing them for months trying to resolve the issue. HomeAdvisor Customer solutions got invoived and was very helpful in facilitating communication as the contractor would not respond to my call, txts or emails and I have only been asking them to resolve the violations. Through the customer solutions group efforts, NAV finally committed to a date to do the work. They never showed up and are, again, not responding to communication. My contract with NAV identified a two year warranty. Clearly, that warranty is useless if the contractor will not respond and repair deficiencies in their initial work. As of today, I have started looking for other contractors to correct the deficiencies because while NAV does not care for their customers, I still have to resolve the issues with the city building department.

This company is just amazing. They came out and gave me an estimate that was so reasonable that I asked them to do two patios - tear up the paver patio I had and replace it with stamped concrete. They both are now perfect.....I LOVE them....The workers cleaned up everything...Nelson (from NAV) was the project manager and he kept everything on track and kept me informed every step of the way - so professional - I love my patios so much that I am having them come back in the Spring and put a porch in the front and new sidewalks and a new driveway. Stamped concrete is the way to go as far as I am concerned and if you do go this route....check out this company...they are beyond wonderful....I am a very happy camper.

I have hired NAV construction for a patio work, job well done. Everything was done smoothly , crew was at site on time. It was amazing to see everything done in less than 6 hours (excavation, leveling, area prep, casting and finally stamping) and my patio was 500 sqft. Price was very reasonable in comparing with other companies I got quotes from. It was a pleasure to deal with them and with Nelson in partucular, very professional.

Outstanding from start to finish. Nelson showed up on time for an estimate, worked with us on the particulars since we were not sure exactly what we wanted and gave us numerous color options for our stamped concrete patio. Once we signed on he was in contact with us during the whole project. We were out of town when our patio was poured so Nelson sent us numerous images and videos so we could see the progress. We were amazed how good it looked when we got home. Much nicer than we expected. Nelson followed up to make sure we were happy and sent us warranty information without prompting. If you are thinking about a stamped concrete patio Nelson is your man. His price beat the competition too. Five star service.

I am a project manager in the homebuilding industry with years of experience. These guys are true pros from start to finish. From the first estimate meeting through my project completion they were able to communicate to me exactly what to expect with no suprises. I hired Nav to do a stamped patio with a seat wall back in May 2006 but my review didn't show up for some reason. Nav always answered my calls and questions. The project was finished in a timely manner even though bad weather put a damper on it. The end result was fantastic! We have since moved and we are again hiring Nav to get the job done.

If you're looking for any sort of concrete work, I would highly recommend NAV Construction. We hired NAV specifically for a 1200 square foot, stamped concrete patio, and from our first meeting, Nelson was nothing short of accommodating, helpful, and most importantly, educated us thoroughly on the methodology and process of patio building. Throughout the entire duration of conversations, Nelson provided us with pictures, videos, samples of work, and even took us on-site to a previous job he had finished so we could look at his work. During the actual construction phase, the entire team at NAV was incredibly professional and easy to work with. Nelson was very flexible with schedules and timing, and always responded in a very timely manner. In the end, we have an incredibly beautiful patio that we couldn't be more thrilled about!

Nelson was by far the best contractor I've gotten off of Home Adviosor. He was responsive, attentive, knowledgeable, and always kept his appointments. My patio came out GREAT and exceeded all my expectations. I'm so happy that I went with NAV for my project.

Nelson was great to work with the second we met him. My wife and I met with many other contractors and when we chose Nelson, we knew we got it right. His price was competitive and he showed us many of the jobs he has done which matched our needs perfectly. He and his crew did a great job on our patio and was in constant contact with us from start to finish. I called NAV Construction to do my backyard patio. They were one of 5 companies that I got a quote from. Price wise they were on the higher end, but I knew they knew what they were talking about. From Nelson the owner being super responsive, meeting us multiple times in the evenings, after hours, and on weekends to the crew being on time, courteous, and clean NAV Construction is the way to go. NAV construction exceed the value for money. I receive a fantastic deal due to untimely and unexpected actions of Mother Nature. How accommodating! The owner Nelson, displayed five star professional service throughout the entire process. The same professionalism was impressed on his crew members as well. Being the perfectionist that I am, required me to short NAV Construction a full five star on the quality of work. However, the quality of work did meet my expectations.
