Wow, great job. I had numerous estimates for stamped concrete. Nelson came out and gave me the best price, no wait estimate. I couldn't pass the price up. After I signed the contract, they came out within a month and completed the work in a day. Demo, framing and concrete. Powerwashed and sealed once the weather was good. Outstanding work. Beat all estimates by thousands. Hire this company. Attached are the before and after pictures. Approximately 500 sqft.

NAV Construction installed a stamped patio for us in the late spring of 2021 and were contracted to install a low masonry wall as well. Nelson Jr. was initially good at communicating with us, but after paying 80 percent of the contracted cost, we were unable to get back in touch with the pro. They have not been responsive with communication on numerous platforms and at this point, they have ghosted us. Buyer Beware! You may not see this contractor again. This is reflective of a very immature business practice and they were hired based of the positive ratings that were viewed online. We are evaluating options at this time legally to recoup the funds provided to this contractor. We are still hopeful this review can be updated based on their future actions.

Do yourself a favor and do not get suckered in by the promises and low bid. Read other reviews (on BBB, etc.) and you will see a pattern: empty promises, underbid contracts that suddenly get more expensive, amateur work, and communications that vary between non-existent and rude. When it comes time to be paid, the owner is there in a heartbeat. When it comes time to finish a job, honor his word, and own up to gross incompetence or bait and switch tactics, he will ghost you in a heartbeat and only respond when you threaten exposure of his shady business practices. If you want a job that ends up poorly done, incomplete, and costing more than you were promised, this is the company for you. As the owner wrote regarding our BBB complaint: the customer is not always right. If this is the kind of contractor you want to work with, have at it. For the rest of you; you get what you pay for - buyer beware.

Nelson and his team did awesome work building our patio. Right from the beginning, with getting our requirements, measuring and estimation, to actually executing the work, they were very professional. I loved the way they organized the day of construction and brought in all resources at the right time and finished the work on time. The quality of work was exceptional and exceeded our expectations.

Nelson is very knowledgeable, responsive and easy to work with. My project turned out even better than expected due to some suggestions he made. His pricing was the best out of the companies I contacted. I would definitely hire him again and would recommend him to anyone looking for a stamped concrete patio. I also like that it is a family-owned business. It was a real pleasure working with this company and I love my patio and walkway.

Highly recommended! Read this and pick up the phone!!! We had a 18x20 stamped patio installed and our experience with Nelson and his team has been wonderful! I am a very â involvedâ type of client and NAV has been very accommodating along the way to make sure I have been informed and that all of my questions have been answered prior to, during, and even after our install. The quality of work and our finished product is EXCELLENT! Nelson was even kind enough to move us into an opening two weeks ahead of schedule too. At the end of our install, we were hit with some thunderstorms. The NAV team covered everything up with plastic to ensure our project wasnâ t impacted by the storms. They arrived first thing the next morning (even though our project was already finished) to remove everything, do a quality inspection, and wash. This is attention to detail that I can appreciate! Overall, NAV went above and beyond and to bring our backyard patio vision to life.... so I am sending them to do a project at my parentâ s next!

Nelson was great to work with. The quality of the work was fantastic. His cost was reasonable. A triple treat! We had four big changes: 1) We had a 14X27 stamped cement patio added to the back of the house cement steps. 2) We had our asphalt driveway removed and replaced with cement. 3) We had our original front cement patio removed (the ground had settled below it and we had a 2-3 foot cavity under it that made a great home of uninvited critters). He made the driveway 5 in deep and used rebar. 4) We had the side way connecting the driveway with the front patio replaced. It looks great and we have had several compliments from our neighbors. A couple of them asked for the contact information for NAV.

They did an amazing job with my patio at a reasonable price. They walked me through every step of the construction process and gave me a lot of options. I would hire them again and recommend them.

The crew was quick, very pleasant to work with and cleaned up perfectly! Nelson was great to work with and got us on the schedule as fast as he could. The workmanship was outstanding! We love our patio so much. I wish I needed more work done so I could hire them again. Great company!!

Brace yourself, NAV will wait for the right weather conditions and they do get quite busy. SO if you have to wait an extra week - it is well worth it! Nelson kept in contact throughout the entire venture. The start day came and they ripped out all of the old walkway and porch in front. Then, ripped out the patio pavers in the back. Also, to save me money, they used those same bricks to extend the retaining wall in the back! Because of the weather and the extent of the work being done, it took a little while to get started but when they did - it was over so fast and so expertly done (I watched the process)! I love it! My dogs love the extra space in the back as well! MY NEIGHBORS love it, too! Awesome job guys! I will call you when I get the new shed.

NAV did a wonderful job on our patio, fire pit and wall with columns. We are enjoying it everyday. They are quick to respond to each question I had and completed job quickly and looks amazing. Many thanks to all!!! Will certainly use them again!

I wish he would just be honest with me.

Starts out as a great experience and then it ended. Nelson came out and gave an estimate, had great communication. The day of the job, numerous things were not done as discussed, said it was a communication break down between his father and him. Discounted the job due to not doing it correctly then asked if I could pay with cash or check and get it to him so he could pay his guys, which says to me... **under the table**. They were supposed to come back and re-pour a small pad. After 2 weeks of dragging their feet, they went radio silent. It has been a year and this has a couple of cracks (that he is responsible for under warranty) and we cannot get a response. I will be seeking a lawyer. DO NOT HIRE!

NAV Construction was amazing throughout the whole process. We weren't 100% familiar with the stamped concrete process, but after meeting with Nelson (the owner), he was extremely informative. He discussed the different types of patio options, and didn't push us towards stamped concrete. He made sure that stamped concrete actually fit our needs, rather than selling us. The installation was extremely quick, we were surprised with how fast the team worked and amazed that a 700 sq ft. patio could be mostly completed in 1 day. The next day, they came over only to seal the patio for a couple hours. We are very happy with the outcome and have recommended NAV Construction to our friends and family.

What great work!! Nelson and crew were pure professionals. From planning to final cleanup everything went smoothly and the associate company which built my Trex steps was a great suggestion by Nelson as well. You won t be disappointed if you utilize these professionals for your home concrete project.

All the workers were prompt, professional and polite. No nonsense, got everything done a lot faster than I expected.
