Kimberly in the office was polite, courteous and professional. Josh was my installer and he was professional, detailed and cleaned up after himself. They gave me an estimate that was accurate and no hidden additional costs. NB Glass is a perfect 10 in my book! No need to look anywhere else! Thank you NB Glass!

NB Glass was easy to work with and had the best prices I could find on custom shower glass. They sent me an estimate based on my measurements along with a diagram for verification, had their guys come measure and order the glass, and then had the custom glass delivered and installed in only less than 2 weeks! I had no complaints and will definitely hire NB Glass again and will continue to refer them to friends!

The team that came out was very professional and listened to my concerns and comments. The main technician, Mark, was mentoring his assistance. From the guidance and directions he provided I could tell Mark was a seasoned professional. They worked salvaging a mirror that had been in the family for over 50 years. Everyone in the family was extremely pleased with the end product. Pricing was exactly what was quoted to me on the phone, which was perfect for the job performed.

Glass Shower Door or Enclosure Installation

The process of getting a new shower enclosure be the 3rd week of September. The enclosure was finally installed 11/1/17. The enclosure was scheduled to be installed 10/10. I took 1/2 day off from work to meet the installers. Twenty minutes after they appointment was I received a call from NB Glass stating the glass had not arrived. They had no respect for my time or the fact it cost me money to miss work. When the install finally took place, there were unacceptable gap exceeding 3/4". I would not recommend this company to anyone.
