NBM Hardwoods, Inc.

Cliff is the one who came out and gave us the estimate. He is a pretty good smooth talker. He said he would hire the movers to arrange for a pod delivery and have cleaning service afterward. Well as you can imagine nothing went right. The movers did not show up, he got a pod that was too small, cleaning service was terrible. The timeframe was so rushed it was ridiculous. The floors were refinished and stained. I am not sure what happened but the protective coating they applied is useless. Scratches everywhere that did not happen before the refinish, Do not listen to all the promises and it was my mistake for trying to go cheaper.

Did not come back to fix the molding, as promised.

Great job, floors look great

COME DID THE WORK CLEANED UP GREAT JOB WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN

Good quality work.

Luis is responsive and on time

Luis was amazing. Always available to answer all my questions. He was knowledgeable and courteous. Arturo and crew did a fabulous job.

The installers did a great job repairing water damaged wood floors. However, I didn’t receive the written quote when promised and the scheduling wasn’t clearly communicated. Overall though, I’d definitely use them again. Great job!

Lois was fantastic to work with! My floors are beautiful! I would recommend them to anyone!

They did a good job but I was expecting them to go the extra mile..... the floors look great but the workers were good workers but not dedicated ones. Anyway, the work was not disappointing.

Excellent job.

The floors were from 1930 and good quality Oak. Nestor did an excellent job and after it was done ALL THE SHOWINGS WENT VERY POSITIVE AND WAS RENTED A WEEK LATER

NBM Development was by far the best company that we have had the honor to deal with. The employes were professional and understanding of our needs. I would reccomend NBM Development to anyone.

Tile installation.

Nestor and his guys were great! It would be helpful and make it easier on the customer if the company wouls accept MC or Visa.

Great job on my hardwoods.

My experience with NBM was very pleasant! Everyone was very professional; they finished their work in only two days and dealing with them made everything much easiersmooth sailing! A+

Nestor came in to give me a bid for installing hardwood floors. By the time we have finished, I have had him help with everything from replacing the roof, the siding, he raised the second floor ceilings, re-pointed brickwork, refurbished three bathrooms, new electrical, painting, etc! He has become my general contractor for the home and has done an amazing job in a short amount of time. Highly recommended.

Nestor Mena is an absolute professional. He covered our concrete patio with slate tiles and it turned out exactly as we wanted it. The job was done extremely quickly and looks perfect. It was very nice that total clean up was also done. We highly recommend this company.

Excellent work and materials, very easy to work with, very helpful and knowledgeable.

Nestor and his crew created CUSTOM wooden storm windows for our historic Heights home. Each window had to be created on-site because of the slight variations in the size of each window. They are true craftsmen in every sense of the word.

NBM performed great work. They were timely, professional and the floors look beautiful.

NBM was great. I've already recommended them!

Prompt response and quote. Quick to get work started. Nice job of tinting 5 house windows and 1 car window. Reasonable price, and didn't make a mess.
