Oscar came out to service my swamp cooler and make sure my furnace was running properly. He did a good job and did it in a timely manner. I was very pleased with his work and his customer service was top notch.

Santino came out for a plumbing inspection. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working properly. Although I had never had the pleasure of having Santino come out, I was very impressed with his kindness and caring nature. NCB is very lucky to have such a wonderful employee.

This is the 2nd visit I had and the 2nd time Matthew came to my house. What an amazing technician he is. He is professional and so courteous. He also brought Jackson on this last visit and Jackson has all the qualities Matthew has. NCB is prompt and they call when they are on their way and they give an estimate of how long it will take them to get here. Both techs are a cut above the rest.

Installed high end equipment. Could have been faster on forwarding paperwork.

We hired NCB to do the changeover to summer on our swamp cooler and they sent their swamp cooler team. The photos show the leakage in the roof and it traveling down our wall in our living room. We called as soon as the stain appeared and one person came out, spent a couple minutes looking at the swamp cooler and said there was no problem. Then the water flowed down our wall. We called a reputable plumbing company that fixed the problem in under 10 minutes and wrote this: "...found cooler spider leg angle inwards toward blower wheel causing blower wheel to duck in water causing damages to the roof... also found set collar loose..." In short three initial NCB swamp cooler crew caused the damage to our dining room and then spent a couple minutes in the subsequent service call looking at it and said "I don't see anything." This is my review of NCB's unprofessional work. 2 emails were sent to no avail.

We called to have a kitchen drain unclogged. Tyler and Dominic came out and tried to snake the line but determined the line had collapsed. Since this was a weekend, he felt there would be a problem getting the parts needed, so we agreed to schedule a return trip during normal business hours the following week. He came back as scheduled and was able to reroute the drain to another line that we had used for a washer connection previously. Everything worked wonderfully. Unfortunately, our dishwasher started having drain issues since it was connected to the old drain, so we called and had Tyler come back and give us options to reroute that drain. Tyler was extremely helpful and helped find ways to keep costs down while resolving the problem. I highly recommend both Tyler and Dominic for any plumbing issues you may need help with. NCB plumbing will be my go-to company from here on in.

Daniel was efficient and found what was wrong with my A/C. He was able to fix it quickly. He also checked to see if anything else needed to get repaired. Within the hour, my A/C was running. I recommend NCB for your A/C needs. They were able to see me the same day I called. Great company!

NCB Mechanical deserves more than five stars! Tyler did an outstanding job helping me with a leak near my water heater. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly addressed. His communication and attention to detail were exceptional, and the customer service was truly the best I have ever experienced. It was also an honor to support a fellow veteran who brings that same level of integrity and dedication to his work. From the moment we called NCB for a quote to the completion of the job everything was such a smooth, easy process. Brandon came out and gave us a quote. He was extremely professional and kind. When we decided to move forward with the installation, he kept us updated on when the crew would arrive. Ryan and Gino was the team sent for the installation. They both were kind and considerate of our home and worked very quietly and efficiently. In the end, the system was working great! We are so very grateful for the NCB team and would recommend them highly to anyone.

Tyler came out to investigate the issues and readily found the problem. Work was scheduled for the following week. Tyler and Santori came out to do the work, they rescoped from the roof to pinpoint the exact location before cutting into the wall. They were able to fix the broken vent pipe, and it looks like a great job done. I’m only giving 4 stars instead of 5 because I asked if they could snake a slow draining tub, which they did in less than 5 minutes, then the bill came and they wanted $165 for the drain in addition to the other work. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous. So , I told him how much I’d pay for that, and he agreed. I can understand $165 for snaking a drain if it’s a single service call, but let’s be realistic about things if you’re already there for another job that’s $400. I recommend that you give your customers clear up front estimates/costs and options.

NCB had a quick response to a call about leaking water in the morning. Ryan Vanderham was sent that afternoon and gave friendly, professional service solving the problem quickly. I'm always pleased with NCB.

A special thank you to José and the entire crew for the amazing job installing our new refrigerated air system. José was professional, hardworking, and made sure everything was completed before the weekend, even though they were working in the extreme heat. We are so grateful for their dedication and the care they took with our home. With these hot temperatures, having our air conditioning working before the weekend has been such a blessing.
