NCB Mechanical, consisting of Ryan and Jeff Baca, visited my premises to service my Refrigerated Air system. I required a quote for additional work. Jeff provided a comprehensive explanation, enabling us to comprehend the necessary tasks for the quotes. Subsequently, he provided an estimate that evening. Ryan’s exceptional cleaning of the air conditioning coil was remarkable, leaving the system immaculate. I found the charges for their service to be highly reasonable.

Matthew Jaramillo did an excellent job replacing the gasket on my leaking home toilet. He found several other minor problems with the toilet and fixed those also. All in all he provided the best service of any plumber that I have experienced in the 55 + years that I have lived in Albq. Based on the rather many plumbers I have used during that time I would highly recommend NCB and especially Matthew for any of your plumbing needs.

Wow, what a relief to have a plumber come out to your home and fix your problem! I have stressed about this repair that I needed because I never know who can be trusted to do the job right. ON TIME - arrived on time EFFICIENT - got right to it AFFORDABLE - everything is expensive nowadays, but they made this repair AFFORDABLE KNOWLEDGABLE - new exactly what was wrong, gave me some options, repaired it quickly VALUE ADDED - while he was there fixing my original problem, he also corrected a plumbing fixture that had been installed incorrectly by a different vendor and it works perfectly now. PLUMBER FOR LIFE - I have someone I can count on, they made my day!!!! EVERYONE should use this company, even the receptionist was a pleasure to speak with. THANK YOU NCB MECHANICAL!!

Both Domonic and Matt were very professional and did a wonderful job at replacing the leaking stems behind my washer (which I'm sure were the original and difficult to get out) and I no longer have to worry about a leak. I have used NCB for two water heaters, a furnace, and servicing my swamp cooler and they have always done a great job. I always recommend NCB to anyone who asks.

Ryan and Cesar were very professional from the time of the diagnostic/quote/to install. They came through, looked at everything and did the whole install the next day. Dominic was very professional helping us through the finance side of things and was very helpful. We also contacted Brandon directly and he made sure he had his team come out and look ASAP. NCB from the staff to the technicians to the owner were very helpful and I would highly recommended.

I've had several companies work on heating, a new a/c, and so on. NCB is the BEST I have seen. Consistently on time, on task, and great at explaining things to me. I'm never going anywhere else after bad experiences with other companies. So glad I found them!!!!!

Ceasar went above and beyond in shutting down our swamp coolers and getting our boiler ready for winter. He and Daniel were prompt, professional and personable.. Highly recommend this company, price was fair too.

I am a general contractor and I hired NCB for plumbing services through a referral. The NCB team was very reliable and professional. I would highly recommend NCB for any of your plumbing or mechanical needs.

I asked NCB Mechanical to assess my central air conditioner. When the technician arrived I described the problem. My coil had frozen up and there wasn't any airflow through he evaporator coil. He immediately said he knew what it was. He said the refrigerant was low. He said he would add a little refrigerant to see if that would fix the issue. He never checked the evaporator coil. He added an ounce or two but the refrigerant temperature would not go above freezing. So he asked me if I wanted to keep adding refrigerant. I asked him if I should and he said it was up to me. After adding two pounds of refrigerant the temperature of the refrigerant was still below freezing. I told him to stop adding refrigerant. He said he would only charge me for the refrigerant and not the diagnostic fee. The refrigerant is $180 per pound so I ended up paying almost $400 with taxes. The technician should have checked my coil and provided better advice instead of putting the decisions on me.

We had to replace our condenser they came out gave us a price first then did an excellent job replacing it they even came back to recheck if it was still working correctly excellent company to hire real professionals.
