The work was completed quickly, which was a large consideration for us. Scott was friendly and didn't try to talk us into having work done we didn't really need. We were eventually happy with the result but we had to keep a close eye on the work and ask that some things be redone as there was very little attention to detail on the part of the people actually doing the work. Among other things, they skipped the foundation on the entire back of the house when power washing, multiple windows were painted shut, paint was dripped on the carpet and left to dry, and trash was left in the bushes and back lawn.

Very honest, up front professional who will show you what, if anything, has changed from his original estimate and why. Very reasonable, does not change his price based on your zip code. Keeps you informed throughout the process. Highly recommend.

Scott responded to my request for a quote within 15 minutes, the fastest response by half a day. He was confident in his ability to handle the repair and downplayed the extent of the damage as being a simple repair that would not take a long time to perform. I did not tell him that I was a contractor with 23 years of real estate sales experience and many home repairs under my belt. In short, he impressed me as being prompt, accurate, honest and priced the repair as I had estimated it. Although, at his recommendation, I did not hire him for this need, he is at the top of my list for future professional needs.

From the planning visit through completion, Mr. Bulifant remained professional and friendly taking into considerations my varying structural (e.g., sound barrier, air barrier, etc.) and financial needs as the customer. He provided his professional expertise, honestly, and opinion on materials selected to replace my windows with higher quality and more cost-effective windows. Scott was very knowledgeable and helpful. My front door frame was damaged and he gave me a very reasonable price for fixing it. He came back out very quickly and did the actual repair when we were not home, which was very convenient (house access was not necessary). I am very pleased with his work, he was an easy and pleasant person to deal with. I will definitely consider him for home repair work in the future.

Mr. Bulifant was wonderful to deal with. He doesn't just tell you what he does or the way he does the work, but rather he listens to what you would like done, and suggests several options in achieving it. He works with you until you are satisfied with everything. I appreciated the time he took to make sure we were satisfied with the project. He was very honest, and conscientious about his work. He took care in keeping the job site neat, and cleaning up completely before he left. And above all, the cabinets came out beautiful. We would gladly recommend him.
