They did not do anything except take MY light gun yo light my pilot. They did not even troubleshoot the main problem and charged me $75 for essentially 10 minutes of nothing.

I recently had my wood fireplace cleaned by Shon from NC Fresh Air Solutions and I couldn't be happier with the results. Shon was punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He explained and showed the entire cleaning process including before and after images. The fireplace now looks like new! I'm confident that my fireplace is now safe and ready for the winter season. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of fireplace cleaning services.
