He got there at noon on Tuesday and cleared the 8 foot of drain. By Friday evening it was clogged up again I texted him at 8 AM on Saturday and he said he would be there. He never showed up On Monday morning I called him and he said that he would be there by 11 AM-12 PM At 1:00 I called him and told him. He was fired and I wanted my money back He texted me at 1:15 and said he would send his brother. His brother showed up almost 2 hours later. I ordered him to leave.

The one star was given because there is no chance not to give stars at all. They didn't fix the main problem. They fixed minor other damage They want a very expensive price for a job of 50-100 they ask 700. I paid them 200 after arguing. I had to call to another plumber to make the work. Never ever work with that company.

"This customer have a big problem with your appreciation about our work ,because he call us about leak under kitchen sink and check various problem in this property and fix your shower faucet replace cartridge ,and fix the other drains back , only for $200 dollars, and he look like too much the prices.He don't know about services and diagnostic prices in services plumbing.Anyway call us again about your leak continuous in kitchen wall and give you estimate for repair or determine the problem under wall or floor.But look like this customer think the other manner about our work.Any way We are plumbers not handyman like he want.Thanks"

Excellent Professional!! Fidel was very knowledgeable and was able to identify and fix the issue promptly. He even helped us by cutting and replacing some pipes that were in very bad shape. Altogether a 5 star service and for a great price !! Will definitely recommend!

He was friendly and thorough. He said he had to charge me an extra $25 to cover the home advisor fee. He was in my house for 45 mins cleared the clog and semi-cleaned up after himself. Overall, a better experience than roto rooter
