There's no one way to explain how knowledgeable honest and detail Stephen is. He literally inspects every corner from top to bottom. Every wire, plug faucet light you name it. He makes sure your aware of what your either buying, or what you need to do to sell. Very few put the time and effort as Stephen. After his inspection I knew what I was purchasing and enlightened on things I never would have expected.

I was very impressed with Stephen's knowledge and level of professionalism. He completed a very thorough inspection, which is leaving me knowing what I am getting into with the purchase of this older home.
