Traditional Tile Roofing Installation and Replacement

I got in contract with NC Roofing solution for black tile roof installation on my home, for which I paid over $50,000. NC Roofing Solutions has failed to meet the agreed-upon terms and standards in the following ways: 1. Contract Violation Regarding Payment: The contract stipulated that the initial payment was due upon material delivery. However, your team repeatedly requested payment prior to this milestone. 2. Unauthorized Charges: I was charged an extra $1,400 for a permit that was never stated or agreed upon in the original contract. 3. Defective Materials and Installation: The roof materials are defective and appear aged, resembling a 100-year-old roof from the day of installation. (see pictures) I have spent over a month trying to resolve these issues and seek mitigation from your company. As we are first time home owners and didn’t know anything about replacing our roof, we looked into Thumbtack. We had a roof leak from recent storms. We then met with multiple roofing contractors for the best options for pricing and reasoning to fix our roof. Ed chose NC Roofing for multiple reasons. 1. They scheduled a meeting to see my roof very quickly and made an easy to read proposal. 2. The team was not salesy or pushy in the least, they made me feel that it was truly my decision and to make what felt right! 3. With tons of questions, Niv answered everything with ease. We had SolarCity panels removed and NC Roofing was very timely. Their workers were very fast and efficient. The work was done in 2 full days depending on how long the house is. No hidden fees, your quote you receive is truly what is due. We would definitely work with NC Roofing and would recommend them to our neighbors!
