We had 5 windows replaced and were very pleased with both the product and the installation team. Prior to the installation, a representative came to our house to discuss options and provide an estimate. He was on time, professional, courteous, and very knowledable. He even brought a mini version of the window to demonstrate the features. The installation folks were right on time and did a wonderful job. Everyone we dealt with was pleasant and made the process easy for us. The icing on the cake was that the cost was very reasonable so we were happy about that too. We will definitely use Clear Choice for our next window/foor purchase.

All persons were courteous,diligent in what was promised, and the installers were excellent with their attention to detail.They would ask if I needed anything else and if I was satisfied with their work.They cleaned up after themselves and even cleaned the windows.I must say using Clear Choice on such a small project was an execellent choice by my wife and myself.I will reccomend the company again with no reservation... Thanks

[He] was the representative. At the initial meeting he provided a clear, concise explanation of their product and described how the installation would proceed. He did not degrade other manufacturers products nor other sales representative, unlike the other two that submitted bids. Everything was completed ahead of schedule, perfectly installed. His price was much better than others too.

Once this vendor was selected and the window was ordered the wrong size window was received, and had to be re-ordered. This caused a delay of approximately 2 weeks. I placed a phone call to follow-up on receipt of re-ordered window and was told it was in and had to wait a few days to have an appointment scheduled for the window replacement. The day of the appointment the process was very timely.
