He was very responsive, communicated clearly throughout the process, and was flexible with scheduling. He quickly repaired my range, replacing a burnt-out switch while also identifying and addressing a malfunctioning heating element. The repair was completed quickly, and everything is working great now!

Came on time. Found the reason my refrigerator was leaking of and on. Got right on doing the repair. Very knowledgeable and answered my questions. Excellent customer service. Going to call him again about another project! It was also not too expensive. A win win situation!

Calles about an inoperable drier. He called and was onsite in less than two hours. He diagnosed the problem, was transparent with the cost of parts and labor, and was efficient in completing repairs.

He did a good job fixing and cleaning the dryer and even cleaned up behind it. The service wasn't cheap because a circuit board had to be replaced, but it was super quick. He arrived within a half an hour of me putting the project on Anji and was done within an hour of that.

Baqir from ND Appliance, Manassas, Va. called immediately after I requested information from Angie’s list. I was looking for a Whirlpool Washer repair person. He was on another job; but, a couple of hours later he called to say he was on his way with the necessary part to fix my washer. The repairman called me within 15 minutes after I requested a quote. We set up an appointment to repair my dishwasher the next day. He arrived in time, diagnosed the problem within a few minutes, bought the parts and repaired all in a couple of hours. it worked perfectly. I will definitely hire him again.

My refrigerator wasn't cooling properly. Went to Angie and immediately got a call from this technician. He came out that eve and found the defrost problem within a min or 2.
