N.E.A. Construction

Very professional and fast. They built a beautiful deck out in under two weeks. We chose Trex decking and are extremely happy with the final result. Owner was very creative and the carpenters are experts with this product. Supervisor was very knowledgeable. Very impressed with the neatness of the backyard during the process. Whole thing was organized and well thought out. Project was drawn in advance and the payment structure was very fair. Very happy with NEA Construction and highly recommend.

Found them to be highly competent and professional; reasonably priced; and easy to work with.

They are very knowledgeable on what is needed and they evaluate the results and provide before and after photos of the work that was done.

We started our home renovation in February 2018 and now it s Dec 2018 and still not complete after we were told it would take 3-6 months. My children were not able to go back hone before school started and now they are not home for the holidays. After paying him most of the payments he has dragged his feet and refuses to do catch up with the work already paid. He was very nice while we were giving him money but now that he has collected most of it he had become untrustworthy and unreliable.

All the workers with N.E.A. were very professional, courteous, and highly skilled to finish my project.

Manny offered very good advice as to the design and layout of the deck. Nick and the crew were very nice and easy to work with. The deck is extremely well-construction and looks great.

It's hard enough finding a reliable, trustworthy, capable contractor. It's even more of a feat to find one that's, above all else, a fantastic human being. Somehow, Manny and Nick manage to be both. Let's get this out of the way: I have never met someone with so solid a work ethic, and a genuine desire to please their clients. The brothers and their crew were here every day, without fail, from 8-5, even in blistering heat. Most other contractors, at least in our experience, wouldn't give a project with such a limited budget this level of commitment. But it's because of the kind of people the two are that our wooden deck was done in less than a week and with a level of craftsmanship that we'd simply not been accustomed to before. Near-constant adjustments to the plan couldn't phase them and were executed with a keen eye on time and cost-efficiency. He knew how important this project was to us, and so saw to it that every nail and plank was installed with precision. Equally, if not more impressive, was their quality of character. It restores one's faith in humanity to see a licensed architect sitting and eating lunch side-by-side with his crew, or spending the end of a long day assuaging the fears of his perfectionist clients. His warm, easy-going demeanor made him a joy to be around, and it's why we hope to stay friends for a long time to come. I'm rambling a little, only because there is so much that can be said about this gem of a business. But, in the end, it's simple: If you want to work with a pair of genuinely good-hearted human beings who take pride in their work, value their clients and devote themselves almost obsessively to perfection in their craft, you'll work with NEA.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with N.E.A Construction, specifically Emmanuel Kanterakis. He helped us make our dream backyard become a reality. He really brought our vision to life! His creativity gave us more than we could have ever dreamed of! The process was smooth, easy, timely, and stress free! We will be using N.E.A Construction again in the near future when we renovate our living room and potentially dormer our house. I can not praise this company enough for their work ethic, attentiveness to detail, creativity, fair price point, high-quality work, and trust-worthiness. The list goes on! You will not be disappointed and will be thanking me later for this review!

The renovation has not yet been completed but is moving along. As it relates to the kitchen, not much can be done to improve an existing galley kitchen. Manny had a great idea of extending the cabinets to include the dining area and give the appearance of longer kitchen as well as provide more storage space and a buffet/serving area. I'm very pleased how it turned out.
