"Homeowner requested me to replace an existing circuit in his home for a 15A breaker which has been tripping. After troubleshooting circuit and finding it to be intact, I replaced the worn breaker and and instructed him to call me if the problem continued. The cost of running an uneccessary circuit and damage to drywall would have been costly. I have not received a call for over 2 months. I do not appreciate my rating after trying to save the consumer this expense that he was not prepared to incurr. Communication is the key to success and apparently this good faith gesture was not appreciated. We do not take advantage of our customers. NEC"

Attic or Whole House Fan - Install
We were generally pleased with the work that was done with the attic fan installation. The job was big and messy. Because of my plaster ceiling the edges around the fan need to be repaired. I was not told about this and because of my lack of knowledge I was not aware that I would be left to repair the ceiling. Other than that they did a great job. I am looking to bring them back to install ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

He was dirty. He did not remove his debris. He used the wrong outlet fixtures for the floor. I as a customer have to find the correct fixtures and install.

"The floor outlets used were because hardwood flooring was to be installed the following week,and were to be adjusted after flooring installation. Debris was vacuumed up and what was not was not thrown in a garbage bag may have been left on the painters tarp and not seen. A follow up phone call would have been appreciated rather than an untrue comment. Thank You"
