Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
The job isn't done yet, they ran into some hidden problems and were very accomodating to fix it. My biggest issue has been the amount of time it is taking. Each time I ask for an estimate, Dale's worker gives me an estimate but then it doesn't materialize. Example, I've asked when the decking would be complete and was told on Tues that it would be completed by Fri but on Fri it was only half done. I should mention that there are times, as they are going along that I ask about making adjustments, such as moving the location and design of the steps, and Dale is very accomodating and says it will work out fine. If you want me to give a final rating when the job is complete, feel free to send another survey.
