N.E. Construction, LLC

Serghei was very polite and easy to work with. He was reasonably priced and able to offer his services within the week of when I contacted him. Worked hard and did a very thorough job. I would recommend him and would use him again.

Fair on price and did a thorough job. Would recommend to anybody

They were fast, professional, and proactive. The prices were a little high, but included all the parts and they were able to fix my emergency problem the very next day!

Serge is fantastic! He ran gas line for two appliances. did great work, and did exactly what he said he would do for a fair price.

Showed up before the scheduled appt time which was good. I thought they fixed it within an Hour. Find out all they did was reset a breaker. When it stopped working again I called they and they refused to come back out. Won't ever use again. Quoted price afterwards and was way more than expected for how long they were there. Thankfully I never saw a bill.

The company was fast and efficient. The water heater is a good quality water heater. But, they did not put a strap around the water heater and bolt that strap to the wall to keep it from falling over during an earthquake. Instead they secured the back of the heater to the wall with two small pieces of metal.

Nice, polite , clean. Did an amazing work

they were here within a couple hours to fix a gas leak in a line i had going to the dryer

They were able to come out to my house the next day, it was also a Saturday so instead of taking the weekend off they were ready to work. Start to finish was about 2 hours. I'm very happy with the service

Serge was great! I appreciated his quick response. He was very helpful and knowledgable about my water heater replacement. I would not hesitate to call him again for my next project.

I strongly recommend them,

Serghei was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly take care of our natural gas sealing project. Will definitely be hiring him again for our next project.

Serge is great and I might hire him to replace our water heater and furnace.

Serge was very helpful. Our WA State L & I Inspector said he did a "great job" installing our gas line. Also, we asked him about a 2nd job at our daughter's house and he came by and did it same day. He's honest, courteous, reliable and was much less expensive than our 2 other Estimates. Will call him again and recommend him without reservation.

Great attitude and honesty.

I appreciate the hard work and effort and I would definitely refer him to any friends or family who need a gas line installed.

Many calls and estimates were searched, and wish I had just started here! Prompt response and service. Did the job in record time for 3 x less than Southwest estimate. You will not be disappointed, stop looking call NE Construction!

Called in morning and Sergei was able to stop by a little later that morning. He showed up and accessed the problem, leaking gas line on outside of house, He said he would be able to come back later in the day to replace the line. He called later and asked if it was a good time to do the job and showed up as promised. Very professional and did a great job, even painted the new line to match color of house. Would hire again if need arises. Also felt he was reasonably priced.

Arrived as scheduled, completed the work in a professional manner and explained another issue he found that I will hire him to fix in the near future.

George was prompt, polite, professional, with reasonable rates.

Failed to return the gas line fully opened causing a service call to the tune of a $139.00. Somehow the line to the thermostat was broken and irreparable during the gas line installation, had to buy a wireless thermostat...tune of $875. Not happy!
