Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
The partial deck he built was good. However, the contractor quit halfway through the project. We are unable to get him to return our calls. HomeAdvisor is also unable to contact him. We have no idea why he quit. Now we are having to find a new contractor to complete the project. We paid nearly 3 thoursand dollars to him and have no way knowing what the partial deck he built is worth.
