The workmanship was substandard. Made leak worse. The attempts to resolve there is no call back or follow through.

This company is amazing. When they came out to do the estimate the woman sat with us for over an hour going over the costs, breaking everything down and brought samples of pretty much every material that would be used. Very detailed. They day of the job, they were there on time and went straight to work. And WOW were they fast. By 5PM we had a new roof. And when they say broom clean after the job is done they mean it. My girlfriend went around the house, and with all that debris, we found all of 1 nail. No mess to clean up at all. The price is right, the customer interaction is fantastic, and the work was done quickly and very very well. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Review I contacted N.E.P.A Roofing and Construction, Inc. on September 25th 2019 in reference to a roofing job and spoke to the owner, Charles Ehrenberg, whereas he arrived at my home 45 minutes later. In current timesâ ¦such expeditiousness is almost unheard of. After reading other reviews of Charles and his companyâ ¦I have learned that it is not an uncommon factor. I had contacted other roofing contractors to no availâ ¦my calls were not returned. I am a former business ownerâ ¦for the life of meâ ¦I do not comprehend not returning a future customers phone call? Upon meeting Charles, he handed me two brochures referencing Owens Corning roofing products. I feel safe in saying that most homeowners are aware of the quality of Owens Corning roofing products and their warranty. He was extremely professionalâ ¦not, â overly assertiveâ . Charles took note of scaffolding in the back of my home, whereas I am converting a second story deck into a sunroom and additionally residing my home. I am getting older and can no longer do certain jobs around my homeâ ¦like my roofâ ¦heightâ s bother my these days. I am so pleased with his crews professional work and timeline, I asked Charles if he would come back next summer and complete my sunrooms roof and the siding that I am unable to do, to which he agreed. I mentioned the latter because it gives insight of Charles personality. Some contractors of size; wonâ t take the smaller jobsâ ¦monetarily wise, itâ s not worth itâ ¦of which I truly understand, having been in business myself. I would like to note: Charles had reroofed my neighborâ s home about 8 years ago or so. They never had any problems and the roof still looks great. While speaking with the lead man on the job, he said to meâ ¦I enjoy roofingâ ¦so do all the other guys. If employees are not happy at their jobâ ¦thereâ s a chanceâ ¦they may not do a professional job. They were all polite and friendlyâ ¦ In closingâ ¦ In reference to affordabilityâ ¦A number of years ago, I had personally reroofed the back portion of my home which gets direct sunlight all day long. The service was good. They are doing the work as we speak. They were courteous and reliable.

If we ever need anything done in the future, these are the guys we will be calling. We were amazed at how fast they replaced our shingled roof. From start to finish, including clean up, was a total of only 6 hrs. They were professional and efficient. Both John and Chuck were easy to work with. We were quoted a price before the work was done, and, in the end, that was the price we paid. I would highly recommend this company !!!

This company was absolutely terrific! They walked us through every step, helped us with our insurance claim, treated us like we were their #1 priority the entire time. When they were finally able to start working, the work was done quickly and efficiently with as little trouble to us as possible. I will recommend them to everyone I know and I proudly hang their sign out front!

VERY LARGE GARAGE ROOF DONE IT 2 DAYS ...NEEDED PLYWOOD AND A TEAR OFF ...THEY COULD HAVE BEEN DONE IN 1 DAY BUT WEATHER CAME IN AND RAINED ...THEY CLEANED UP AND SWEPT UP

Be careful with this contractor he is good, but he doesn't do what you tell he he make you think that he agree and take all the important matters out of the contract and after you sign he got you and the job that the sub contractor does the house owner should be getting pay not you paying him/ the from 1 to ten I will give this company -10, becarefull

They did a great job. All the guys were very knowledgeable of the job. They were all sweet guys. I definitely recommend them.

He is very fast, clean, and does an excellent job.
