Excellent service and product. We received a free estimate for proposed work that was thorough and thoughtful. There was no hustle or overselling. The installers came promptly and timely completed a challenging install. They explained everything and answered all of our questions. Very tidy. When they left we knew the features of the product and were given a resource for future questions. Weâ re very pleased and would definitely recommend this service to our friends.

Professional, knowledgeable, and experienced. You won't go wrong with NEPA Security Solutions. I hired NEPA to install three home security cameras for my mother. They stayed in touch with me before, during, and after the completion of the job. They completed the job in about an hour and I could see the cameras live feed from my cell phone while at work. I am excited that NEPA was able to give my mother and I a piece of mind. Thanks NEPA!!

Jeff was very nice and helpful, he installed 4 security cameras, a video door bell and connect my floodlight camera to the app. Jeff answered all our questions, and took the time to install the apps to my computers and phone and made sure that everything was up and running before he left. NEPA HELPED US GET THE OLD ALARM SYSTEM UP AND RUNNING AFTER WE PUT IN NEW WINDOWS AND DOORS.The window installers had cut the wires and then our window sensors would not work due to different sized frames. Jeff knew just what to do and gave us exactly what we wanted. He was also punctual and called ahead before he came. I would definitely use this company if and when we need a whole house upgrade.
