The house has the water radon mitigation system installed by NE Radon Doctors. so I have used them for regular maintenance and repair. 1. The regular maintenance (parts and tank cleaning). On the phone it was descried the maintenance will be follow manufacture suggestion for all parts cleaning including tank and blower etc... however in the actual service it was cut short. I have found that only tank was cleaned using a twist mop which I can easily do it myself and save $200. The good thing I give higher customer service rating is that the owner actually talk back with his technician and agreed to refund half of it. Still paying $100 for mopping a water tank in 15 min is bad quality work. Also I was told that other parts not need to clean since it is actually very clean and I am buy into that claim as well. After half year of that, pressure switch was not working properly, so i called for warranty service because it is still within 3 year guarantee. after taking out the pressure switch, and we found its actually a blockage causing the issue. and switch has been replaced with a new one. Then after that, I was told will be charged for the service and parts because it cause by blockage. Since my water is contribute to it, I am agreed to pay without any hesitation but I'm asking myself should this be avoid if the proper maintenance was done correctly at first place? And should i be tell in the first place it wont be covered by warranty before install? I actually have the old pressure pump fixed in 10 min myself, small blockage and easy to clean. But when he is still here he told me that old switch is un-usable anymore. I just want to share my experience and you can decide your self.

The technician came by ontime and was very professional when installing the fan in a pre-piped radon system.

Make sure to check the outside electrical installation would pass of MA’s code. Mine didn’t pass, I had to hire an Electrician to fix that.

We are using the air venting option instead of suction points with holes in concrete floors. Much nicer looking but more expensive. We hated idea of pipes up to roof and big fan outside.

They promised, but they have not finished their work yet.
Response by NE Radon Doctors: There was a missing splitter that had nothing to do with the system. System works 100%.
