NEW CASA CONSTRUCTION LLC

We hired Miguel to do a very large project. Retaining wall, fence replacement, pavers. He and his team did a wonderful job. They were mindful of our space and our neighbors. Miguel answered all of my questions along the way ( I have many of them) and really cared about doing a good job. I have had neighbors compliment his work and ask for his card so they can consider him for upcoming jobs. I will be hiring him again for future projects. Thanks Miguel and the New Casa team, I can’t wait to enjoy my new yard this summer.

New Casa came out and built a 60 foot cedar fence with gate in two days and remodeled our storage building in Four. They show up on time, bring a team to complete the work fast and do excellent work. I will definitely hire them for more projects this year.

Miguel replaced a large section of our fence quickly and professionally. He gave us options and ideas that were helpful and his price was very reasonable. He got the job done though the weather conditions were not good, very windy and cold! We will definitely plan on hiring him again for a future project.

Miguel was an absolute delight to work with. He managed to tackle a project that had been on my mind for years in just one day. His speed and professionalism were impressive, and he provided me with honest recommendations on how to enhance the project’s effectiveness. Additionally, he left the workspace spotless. Miguel works tirelessly until the project is completed. We needed a patio behind a property we purchased and while he was preparing the ground for that project he suggested two tile drains to mitigate water that was making the dirt muddy and collecting in our crawl space. Without missing a beat he hand dug at least 40 feet of mud to redirect water away from our foundation and at a very reasonable price. Since he did that work I had HVAC workers comment that our crawl space is completely dry. We also hired him to demo the kitchen, two bathrooms, the interior of the garage and haul a mountain of debris away. I totally recommend Miguel for any project and will happily hire him again.

We had a great experience with New Casa. Very professional and did very good work on our shed foundation and new paver path.
