The basic fence was installed OK. The gate had crooked spars, crooked cuts, bent and stripped hardware which was not even screwed in all the way. They used-without my permission-two of my shovels and BROKE them both! They've left debris from the construction, and their lunches filling my trashcans. This company is non-professional I have digital pictures of the defects, if you'd like to see them...

New Horizon told me I didn't need a permit to install the fence. I have received a letter from the county telling me I was required to have a permit and now I have to pay for that. They also used my existing posts which are 7 years old, when confronted they took $80 off the total cost. I am very disastisfied with their service. I have contacted other companies that had given me an estimate and they said that the posts should have all been replaced and that a reputable company would have gotten a permit.
