Septic System Installation and Replacement

I would like to have written that this was a great experience by a wonderful contractor, but it was just the opposite. New Life Industries LLC. Installed a septic system for us on our small farm near Yerington. Though the contractor knew all our requirements they installed the Septic tank to shallow to service one of the bathrooms, they relocated the tank without approval, placing it under our motor home parking spot. They failed to call before digging and damaged a domestic water line causing $450.00 in additional fees, Anything discussed on site prior to starting the project seems to have been disregarded or forgotten by the contractor. Stakes and marking paint were ignored. Disregarding locational requests and direction resulted in damage to property, lost usage of system and additional costs.
